Small nation - huge influence

 The Czech Republic has been prominent in the aviation industry for decades, 
with over 36 manufacturers currently producing aircraft. 

This small European country is renowned worldwide for producing 
high performance gliders, rugged ultralights and innovative GA planes, 
thanks to their passion for flying and a culture of cooperation between aviation people. 

One indication of their nation’s remarkable success is the fact that 
Czech aircraft enjoy a 27% share of the LSA market in the USA alone.

​Collaborating with the Institute of Aerospace Engineering and LA Composites to design, build and test fly the UL-39 Albi ultralight fan-jet. Its first flight was made in April 2016.

Helping the TechPro Aviation team with the construction & testing of their Merlin UL single-seat aircraft.
 ENFICA-FC electric-powered aircraft
Working with the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) to develop the world speed record-breaking electric ENFICA-FC aeroplane powered by hydrogen fuel cells. First flight in May 2010.
