What we've been up to recently at SkyFreedom AviationMandeville airfield, famous for the Croydon Aircraft Company which restores and flies 1930's De Havilland vintage biplanes, held a commemoration of the WW2 Battle of Crete over the weekend. The 20 knot (38kmph) sou-wester made for a wicked cross-wind on ladnign and take-off, but the old biplanes kept flying during the day. I had a few good conversations with people who were interested in purchasing an LSA like the GP One.
